Kysynnän ja liiketoiminnan kasvun vuoksi rekrytoimme kaksi RF alan ammattilaista; RF-Suunnitteluinsinööri ja RF-pääinsinööri (CTO).
RF INSINÖÖRI
Espoo / osittainen etätyö
Tehtävänäsi on vastata kokonaisvaltaisesti RF-suunnittelusta aina esitutkimuksesta tuotteen tyyppihyväksyntämittauksiin sekä tuotantoon siirtoon asti ja:
- suunnitella uusia antennituotteita ja -konsepteja
- innovoida uusia ominaisuuksia Cojot:n älykkäisiin antennijärjestelmiin
- laadunvarmistus ja dokumentointi
- vastuu teknisistä tuotteen teknisistä suorituskyvyistä (pääinsinööri)
- antaa teknistä tukea tärkeisiin myyntiprojekteihin (pääinsinööri)
- osallistuu yrityksen tuotestrategian suunnitteluun (pääinsinööri)
- mentoroida nuorempia suunnittelijoita (pääinsinööri)
- raportoida johdolle ja asiakkaille teknisistä yksityiskohdista (pääinsinööri)

- hyvän kokonaisnäkemyksen sekä yrityksestä että asiakkaiden tarpeista ja pääset vaikuttamaan
- vakituisen työsuhteen vakavaraisessa ja globaalisti hyvämaineisessa yrityksessä

Edellytämme:
- vähintään sähkö- tai RF tekniikan AMK-insinööri (RF-suunnitteluinsinööri) ja DI tai TT (pääinsinööri)
- vähintään 3 vuoden kokemusta RF-antennisuunnittelusta
- kokemusta prototyyppien suunnittelusta kädentaitoa
- kokemusta suunnittelusta ja testaamisesta
- hyvää suullista ja kirjallista englannin kielen osaamista
- vähintään DI tai TT sähkö- tai RF tekniikasta (pääinsinööri)
- vähintään 10 vuoden kokemusta RF-antennisuunnittelusta (pääinsinööri)
- syvällistä ymmärrystä RF- ja antenniteknologioista (pääinsinööri)
- kokemusta asiantuntijoiden johtamisesta (pääinsinööri)
Eduksesi luemme:
- AWR ja CST osaamisen
- RF PCB-suunnittelukokemus (PADS).
- HW/SW-integraatiokokemus
- Data-analyysitaidot, kokemus Matlab/Python-ohjelmista.
- Hyvä suullinen ja kirjallinen viestintä suomen kielellä
- Kokemus elektroniikan suunnittelusta

COJOT Oy is a respected Finnish company that designs and develops antenna system products for tactical communications, electronic warfare and other government and professional applications worldwide.
COJOT is part of the Alaris group, which consists of five companies; Alaris Antennas (RSA), Alaris USA (US), Linwave (UK), mWAVE (US) and Kuhne (DE). As part of the COJOT product development team, you will work closely with experienced RF, electronics, mechanical and project engineers in Espoo.
Due to demand and business growth, we are recruiting two RF professionals; RF- Design Engineer and CTO.
RF-ENGINEER
Espoo and hybrid work
You will be responsible for the overall RF design, from pre-study to product type approval measurements, through to production transfer and:
- designing new antenna products and concepts
- innovate new features for Cojot’s intelligent antenna systems
- quality assurance and documentation
- responsibility for technical product performance (CTO)
- providing technical support for major sales projects (CTO)
- contributing to the design of the company’s product strategy (CTO)
- mentor junior designers (CTO)
- report to management and customers on technical details (CTO)

We require:
- at least a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or RF engineering (RF Design Engineer) and M.Sc or PhD (CTO)
- minimum 3 years of experience in RF antenna design.
- experience in prototype design manual skills
- experience in design and testing
- good oral and written English language skills
- at least 10 years of experience in RF antenna design (CTO)
- in-depth understanding of RF and antenna technologies (CTO)
- experience in managing experts (CTO)
For your benefit, we read:
