Julkaisemme säännöllisesti uutta työtä haluavien ammattilaisten tietoja internet- ja SOME-kanaviemme kautta. Tiedot on tarkoitettu työnantajille. Kun hakijana olet jättänyt tietosi meille olet talentti, jota esittelemme työnantajille. 
We regularly publish information on professionals looking for new jobs through our online and SOME channels. This information is intended for employers. As a candidate, once you have submitted your details to us, you are a talent to be presented to employers.

Tämä palvelu on tarkoitettu erityisesti niille, jotka ovat tyytymättömiä nykyiseen työhönsä tai henkilöille jotka haluavat uusia haasteita, mutta eivät halua tai ehdi selata avoimia työpaikkoja ja tehdä hakemuksia niihin.
This service is especially for those who are dissatisfied with their current job or for people who want new challenges but do not have the time or inclination to browse and apply for vacancies.

Tämä palvelu on tarkoitettu myös työnantajille, joilla tulee pikainen rekrytointitarve tai joilla on piilevä tarve rekrytoida ja jotka haluavat toteuttaa rekrytoinnin hiljaisuudessa. Työnantaja saa hakijan niin halutessaan nähdä hänen CV:nsä, hakemuskirjeensä sekä videohaastattelunsa.
This service is also for employers who have an urgent recruitment need or a latent need to recruit and want to recruit quietly. If the employer so wishes, they can view the candidate’s CV, application letter and video interview.

Esittelemme ehdokkaat myös mahdollisille työnantajille ilmaiseksi. Työsopimuksen syntyessä laskutamme rekrytointipalkkon työnantajalta.

Prosessi:
Process:
1. Hakemus. Hakija jättää hakemuksen ”Jätä hakemus” -kohtaan.
Application. The applicant submits an application in the ”Leave an application” section.

2. Alustava haastattelu. Teemme alustavan haastattelun videona.
Preliminary interview. We will conduct the initial interview as a video.

3. Julkaisu. Markkinoimme hakijaa anonyyminä ainoastaan ammatillisten tietojen perusteella omilla internet- ja SOME-kanavillamme (emme julkaise hakijan nimeä tai yhteystietoja).
Publication. We will market the applicant anonymously on the basis of professional information only on our own internet and SOME channels (we will not publish the applicant’s name or contact details).

4. Yhteydenotto. Potentiaalinen uusi työnantaja ottaa meihin yhteyttä.
Contact. Potential new employer will contact us.

5. Työn tarjoaminen. Esittelemme avoimen työn ja työnantajan työnhakijalle.
Providing work. Introducing the vacancy and the employer to the applicant.

6. Työnhakijan esittely. Sikäli, kun tarjottu työ hakijaa kiinnostaa ja hakija antaa luvan esittelemme hakijan CV:n, haastatteluvideo ym. työnantajalle.
Introduction of the jobseeker. If the applicant is interested in the job offered and gives permission, we will present the applicant’s CV, interview video, etc. to the employer.

7. Työhaastattelu. Sikäli kun työnantaja on edelleen kiinnostunut kutsumme hakijan työhaastatteluun.
Job interview. If the employer is still interested, we will invite the applicant for a job interview.

8. Työsopimus. Työsopimus tehdään suoraan työnantajan kanssa.
Employment contract. An employment contract is concluded directly with the employer.
